The strategic partnership unites more than 220 employees across Europe and North America, and creates a new global platform for custom thermal insulation and fire protection systems.

Together, the companies will expand their support for major OEMs and multinational energy customers in sectors including gas and steam turbines, large diesel engines, electric vehicles, and industrial power systems. Core product capabilities include heat shields, insulation jackets, fire blankets, and engineered thermal protection systems designed for high-temperature, high-performance environments.
